Executive Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Tomahawk Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and direction of our center, ensuring operational excellence and providing a high-quality care experience for our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the center, including census development, accounts receivable and collections, and Net Operating Income maximization.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement effective business plans and programs to drive growth and improvement.
• Represent the center in the community, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in post-acute care settings, with a proven track record of success.
• Current State License as Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
