About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our perishable department team as a coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best and freshest products available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the department, ensuring products are well-merchandised and stocked in correct locations.
  • Proactively assist customers, delivering efficient and friendly service while providing suggestions for meal solutions and answering product-related questions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate ordering and inventory processes, utilizing guides to control inventory and shrink.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a deli environment and/or using a deli slicer is highly desirable.
