Job Overview

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision and support clients with daily living activities as needed.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and ensure proper documentation of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting or equivalent training.
  • Valid California Driver's License and passing DMV driving history check required.
