Job Title: Youth Support Service Provider

We are seeking a certified Mental Health Peer Specialist to join our team at Primary Behavioral Health Services. As a Youth Support Service Provider, you will play a vital role in providing hope, wellness, and recovery outcomes for clients between the ages of 12-18 with serious and persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with each qualified participant in their home and in the community to provide support and encouragement.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all client documents, files, and communication.
  • Work with clients individually to develop recovery plans that build on their strengths.
  • Assist persons in achieving their recovery goals.
  • Provide education and support in obtaining community services, maintaining life supports, and participating in support groups or other community networks.
  • Serve as a resource to the Team on incorporating recovery strategies and tools into all client services.
  • Participate in Team meetings providing input in developing client assessments and service plans.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Peer and youth peer support certification issued by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
  • Proof of valid ID driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, and proof of education.

Salary: From $21.00 per hour.
