Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a fast and efficient register experience
Requirements:
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
