Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop bridge and highway structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor professional and technical staff in the preparation of designs and project documents.
  • Manage projects, engage in business development, and prepare proposals and presentation materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in bridge design, with expertise in bridge inspection and rehabilitation.
  • Familiarity with FDOT structural design software and AASHTO codes.
