About the Role:

The Executive Director, Alzheimer's Commercial Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to launch and expand our neurology therapies portfolio. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for Alzheimer's therapies

  • Leading strategic account management initiatives with key providers

  • Collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and team to communicate clinical management programs to providers

  • Partnering with marketing to develop key messaging and materials

  • Supporting the development and rollout of sales training

  • Driving segmentation and targeting of key accounts

  • Supporting sales execution in partnership with the Chronic Sales Leader

  • Working with Market Access on strategy and execution

  • Collaborating with Operations & AIC Team on strategy and execution

  • Interacting with senior management team regularly to provide updates and collaborate on growth plans
