**Job Summary**

Malace|HR is seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and restoring our facility's hard-surface floors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
  • Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment, including automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
  • Utilize proper procedures on carpet and upholstering, including shampooing, damp surface extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
  • Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role required.
  • Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
  • Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation.
