Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Room Operator, Overnight, Dairy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of trailers, completing necessary paperwork, and operating equipment in a safe and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select and load product for shipment
  • Operate Palletizer and sit-down forklift and clamp truck
  • Maintain and clean equipment in the work area
  • Assist in all areas of the department as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
