  • Offer guidance on performance management
  • Mentor and advise leadership
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leaves of absence, safety training, and additional HR functions
  • Identify training requirements and propose enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage performance initiatives
  • Execute special projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred
  • Proactive approach with strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
  • PHR or SPHR certification is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Extensive use of computers and software
  • Successfully pass drug/alcohol screenings and background checks

Work Setting:

Office and dairy plant environment. Standard working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
