This pivotal position collaborates closely with plant management to deliver HR support, mentorship, and strategic guidance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster positive employee relations and uphold best business practices
- Enhance staff morale, communication, and teamwork
- Address intricate employee relations challenges
- Conduct thorough investigations
- Offer guidance on performance management
- Mentor and advise leadership
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate employee benefits, leaves of absence, safety training, and additional HR functions
- Identify training requirements and propose enhancements
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and manage performance initiatives
- Execute special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner is preferred
- Proactive approach with strong leadership capabilities
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Extensive use of computers and software
- Successfully pass drug/alcohol screenings and background checks
Work Setting:
Office and dairy plant environment. Standard working hours are typically Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
