Our ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and adolescents who are facing cancer diagnosis. The nurse should have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to pediatric oncology patients.
- Coordinate treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement symptom management protocols.
- Administer medications and perform various procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.
- Current RN license and certification in oncology nursing.
