About the Role
  • This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay rate with guaranteed weekly hours for direct and indirect services.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, with a minimum of 1+ year's experience working with students in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans for students with communication needs.
  2. Implement individualized therapy sessions, focusing on student progress and adaptability.
  3. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure effective support and communication.
  4. Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student communication goals and objectives.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation, refining therapy plans as needed.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Texas SLP license or eligibility is mandatory.
  • Possession of an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred; however, Certified Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply.
