Job Title: Wheel Technician - Installation Specialist

Overview: At Dub Empire, we're seeking an experienced or entry-level tech to join our team as a Wheel Technician - Installation Specialist. This role involves the installation of custom wheels and tires, requiring attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job: As a Wheel Technician - Installation Specialist, you'll be responsible for the installation of custom wheels and tires, including dismounting, mounting, and balancing tasks. You'll also perform general shop duties as assigned and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Properly follow instructions and safety protocols.
  • Lift vehicles without damage.
  • Dismount and remount tires and wheels with damage.
  • Use equipment and shop tools as trained.
  • Work together as a team and be able to work independently without instruction.
  • Assist in inventory management and tracking shop supplies.

Requirements: Prior knowledge of tire-related equipment and tools is a plus, along with general automotive knowledge. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have excellent communication skills.
