CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Full Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas. As a CRNA, you will be part of a cohesive and collaborative anesthesia department, providing care to patients undergoing a broad range of surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, pediatrics, and elective procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a team of CRNAs and MDAs to provide comprehensive anesthesia care.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide coverage for emergency and urgent cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies, including digital anesthesia machines, syringe pumps, and computerized charting systems.
- Competitive compensation package, including base pay, premium pay for hours worked over 40, and shift differentials.
- Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week.
- Sign-on incentive up to $35,000.
- 403(b) retirement account with employer match.
- Paid time off (front-loaded hours).
- Additional 40 hours of CME time annually.
- Annual CME allowance of $2,500.
