Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide fingerprinting services to the University community, utilizing a Live Scan finger-printing machine.
- Operate the Virginia Criminal Information Network system, linked to the National Criminal database.
- Respond to emergency calls, monitor security chatters, and relay information to 911 dispatch.
- Monitor and activate the University's Emergency Alert System and emergency siren.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of customer service or administrative experience.
- Valid Virginia driver's license.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
The University of Virginia offers a competitive salary of $25.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, life insurance, and paid time off.
