Job Summary:
The Marvin Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical panels and systems for our wastewater treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Panel Fabrication: Cut, drill, and assemble components for panel build from schematic.
- Wiring and Testing: Wire panels with appropriate gauge according to schematic and confirm sequence of operation with a beep test.
- Assembly and Installation: Assemble panels, motors, and pumps for installation and prewire, make conduit connections and program for GEM systems.
- Quality Assurance: Land wires and QA panel to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all parts pulled and or used daily.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with others in a team environment and assist in all daily activities including production and shipping.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in electrical assembly and testing.
- Skills and Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical fundamentals, hand tools, forklift operation, and industry nomenclature.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 75lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
