Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing RN to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nurse leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and manage the nursing budget to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse RN with over a year of experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
  • Experience with the geriatric population preferred.
