The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of meat products and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the processing plant industry. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight
  • Monitor production volume, quality, and cost to ensure meeting production schedules and delivery dates.
  • Direct supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control department to ensure product quality and food safety.
Leadership and Development
  • Train and develop supervisors to provide management depth and promote teamwork.
  • Maintain good employee relations and adherence to labor contract provisions.
  • Communicate effectively with line personnel and plant management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with college training preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of meat products and production processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the processing plant industry.
