Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services to our residents, working collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to residents with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in the state employed
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and experience with electronic documentation
  • Good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
