In this pivotal role, you will:
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee Project Management: Manage timelines and coordinate internal resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs within the agreed scope and budget.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates on project status to both internal teams and clients.
- Facilitate Project Initiation: Create project kick-off presentations, status reports, executive summaries, and case studies, while also leading client meetings.
- Manage Multiple Workstreams: Develop and oversee various project plans and work streams simultaneously.

- Ensure Quality Control: Review deliverables thoroughly and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Participate in Resource Planning: Engage in staffing discussions to ensure projects are adequately resourced.
- Track Client Requests: Monitor all client inquiries and changes to maintain consistency across deliverables.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Prepare and conduct training sessions, managing all logistical aspects.
- Navigate Regulatory Processes: Efficiently manage the client's review processes for all deliverables.
- Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize potential project opportunities and collaborate with leadership to support business growth.
- Engage in Internal Initiatives: Contribute to various internal projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting within a life sciences context.
- 6+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively.
- Demonstrated client management and communication skills.
- Experience in learning projects or a keen interest in organizational transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
