Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
- Administer contrast media and other medications as required
- Monitor patients during scans and respond to any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and scan results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or medical imaging setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed
