Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively while maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce precision parts.
  • Mentor junior machinists and assist with training and development programs.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and record-keeping on machines, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with engineering and other departments to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Master-level expertise in MasterCam and manual mills, lathes, band saws, benders, and engravers.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop others.
  • Able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including profit-sharing and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
