Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes, making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Take initiative to identify and address potential safety risks.
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state where practicing.
  • 1+ years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in rehabilitation or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
