Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at First National Bank of Omaha. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals and objectives.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, helping them with transactions, account management, and financial planning.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique financial needs and providing personalized recommendations to support their financial well-being.
• Work collaboratively with branch managers and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous retail banking experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
