Job Title: Trademark Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Trademark Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Experis. The successful candidate will provide support to our comprehensive in-house IP legal team, working closely with local counsel and vendors to prepare, coordinate, and file trademark applications, maintenance, and related forms at the USPTO and outside the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and coordinate trademark applications, maintenance, and related forms at the USPTO and outside the U.S.
• Instruct, manage, and work closely with local counsel and vendors on filing trademark applications, maintenance, and related forms outside the U.S.
• Handle all aspects of domestic and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, including preparing various trademark filings, updating trademark office records, tracking and managing docket deadlines, and routine business partner reporting.
• Communicate directly with local counsel regarding filings, status updates, and developments, deadlines, inquiries, and action items.
• Create and maintain various charts and reports, coordinate and report watch notices, monitor third-party filings, and investigate potential enforcement targets.
• Provide support for IP aspects of transactions, including supporting due diligence efforts, preparing agreement schedules, and recording chain of title updates.
• Ensure the integrity of data in docket and files, and maintain records in an organized manner.
• Assist with special projects and take on additional IP-related responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3+ years of prior experience focusing on trademark prosecution, docketing, and portfolio management
• Proficiency in trademark laws both in and outside the U.S.
• Comfortable using trademark docketing platforms, knowledge management systems, and Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, timeliness, efficiency, responsiveness, and workload management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and high-volume practice, prioritize competing demands, and problem-solve creatively
• Demonstrated ability to interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels in a professional manner
