Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Develop and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and productivity
  • Prepare and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts for various clients
  • Sign and seal plats, field notes, and control drawings as required
  • Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation
  • Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders, effectively communicating project details and outcomes
  • Interface with sub-consultants and other business relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Provide support to other operational units as needed, contributing to the overall success of the company
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry-related work experience in a professional or management capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project/phase management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle
  • Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD Open Roads, and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly define assignments and deliverables to team members
  • Ability to oversee, mentor, and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Professional License preferred
