  • Operational Standards: Operate the Pick & Prep area according to strict merchandising and operational standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality of products meets Lowes Foods standards.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
  • Additional Duties: Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, merchandising, and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality, and ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work well with computers and scales.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
