Job Summary: Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a reputable company seeking an experienced Arboriculture Specialist to join our team. As a skilled professional in tree care and maintenance, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch services to our clients, ensuring the health and safety of their trees. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties.

In this role, you will be responsible for trimming and pruning trees to maintain their health and appearance. This includes removing dead or dangerous trees and branches, diagnosing and treating tree diseases and pest infestations, and planting new trees while providing guidance on tree selection and care. You will also operate and maintain tree equipment and tools, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on our provided portal.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in tree care and maintenance, and extensive knowledge of tree species, diseases, and pests. You should also be proficient in operating tree equipment and tools, able to work at heights and in various weather conditions, and possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be working well in a team environment and interacting with clients.
