About the Role

Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a skilled Mental Health Tech to join our team. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients, including therapeutic activities and support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patient behavior and report any concerns to supervisors.
  • Participate in treatment planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a human service-related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience working with people in group situations with individuals who have mental health or developmental problems preferred.
  • One year of employment with the facility required to serve as a mentor.
