Role Summary
We are seeking an Infusion Nurse who is dedicated to elevating the standards of infusion therapy. This role is essential for ensuring that our patients receive exemplary care at our facilities.
The Infusion Nurse will report to the Head of Product & Operations and will primarily operate within our service areas. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, with experience in initiating IVs and administering biologic medications. This position offers a balanced workload with a manageable patient-to-clinician ratio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document patient health status.
- Administer infusions or injections according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Assist in the management of medical supplies and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with referring and prescribing providers regarding patient care.
- Provide care across multiple facilities as necessary.
- Ensure comprehensive supervision of patients during treatment.
Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure.
- ACLS & PALS Certification preferred.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- Strong IV skills, with experience in infusion therapy being advantageous.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Availability to work occasional weekends.
