Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Customers: Create a positive first impression for all guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Upsell and Promote Services: Educate customers on our various wash packages, upgrades, and membership options, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Operate Equipment Safely: Ensure all vehicles are loaded safely and correctly onto the conveyor, and prep vehicles within company guidelines.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure all guests have a BLISSFUL experience, and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Perform after-hours site cleaning, and maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience: Combination of experience in car wash, retail, and guest service industries preferred.
  • Knowledge: Ability to maintain the highest level of service, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Skills: Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Mainly outdoors, with occasional indoor work, and exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, and operate related equipment.
