Position Summary:
We are seeking professional, friendly, and compassionate individuals to fill the role of Housekeeper. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and capable of working independently. This role involves daily interactions with seniors, making it essential for candidates to have a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently

Key Responsibilities:
- Laundering of all linens
- Cleaning of resident apartments, communal areas, hallways, restrooms, and pool areas
- Additional tasks as required

Employment Conditions:
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of the following:
- Level II Background Screening
- Pre-Employment Physical Examination
- Drug Testing
- TB Skin Test
- Covid-19 Test (or proof of vaccination)

Post-Hire Requirements:
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Annual TB Clearance
- Random drug screenings conducted quarterly and as needed
- Adherence to uniform and appearance standards.
