As a Team Member, you will deliver outstanding service to our customers in a cheerful, friendly, and safe environment. Although each Team Member is primarily assigned a specific role (such as Server, Drive-Thru, or Production), flexibility to assist in other areas is encouraged, and cross-training is highly valued.

Server Responsibilities

Accountable for providing service in the dining area or at the counter. You will communicate food orders to the Production Team and ensure that all items are prepared correctly and promptly. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, utensils, and food, as well as monitoring the dining experience and addressing any additional guest needs.

Drive-Thru Responsibilities

Tasked with delivering efficient service at the drive-thru. You will input orders and ensure compliance with drive-thru standards while preparing and providing beverages, serviceware, and food, ensuring accurate order packaging. Additionally, you will address any further guest requests and handle transactions.

Production Responsibilities

Responsible for swiftly preparing food orders according to established recipes to maintain quality and minimize waste. You will collaborate with other Production and Server Team Members to expedite food orders and ensure timely preparation.

Work Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods. The role involves repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Must be capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs, including various containers and service items, multiple times during a shift.
• Adherence to all health and safety regulations is essential, including frequent hand washing.
• Compliance with Skyline Chili's cash handling procedures is required.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and computer usage are necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Exhibit a friendly attitude and a willingness to serve customers positively.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant in stressful situations.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and possess all necessary documentation as required by law.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
