Job Overview:
NOW HIRING - Fixed Wing Air Ambulance Pilot for King Air, Lubbock TX
- Salary Range: $118,517 - $130,369 (Includes base plus 30% Geo Modifier)
- $15K sign-on bonus (upon successful completion of training/checkride)
- $40K retention bonus (6 month waiting period, this is a 3-year program)
- 7/7 work schedule
- $3K relocation assistance
- Company provided crew housing
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
- 2,500 Total Flight hours
- 1,000 PIC hours
- 500 Cross Country hours
- 500 Multi-Engine hours
- 100 Night hours
- 75 Instrument (50 actual) hours
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe transport of patients to and from various locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for all flight dispatches, adhering to relevant manuals, FAR, and company standards, including maintaining aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain precise company and regulatory documentation, including records for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Communicate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide transition information to the incoming pilot and team, following protocols for recording company change board details.
- Pilots are responsible for maintaining required certifications and completing ongoing ground and air training.
- Must be able to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- May be required to deice the aircraft, assist with towing, and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, as well as preparing the aircraft for flight.
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
