We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AHC Crestview LLC. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized healthcare to residents, including administering prescribed treatments and medications.
  • Supervise and direct the day-to-day functions of nursing aides and support staff.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments, managing inventory, and requesting supplies and equipment.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or better in Nursing.
  • Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
