Job Title: Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Kindred Hospitals. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our ICU setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and routes of administration.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition, taking prompt action to prevent complications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including therapy and procedures.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS certification and ACLS required.
  • Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
