As a Deli Baker, your key responsibilities will include preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards. You will also be responsible for organizing and stocking work areas, preparing food according to process cards, following food safety and handling standards, and maintaining processes and policies.

To excel in this role, you must possess incredible guest service skills, the ability to complete accurate sales transactions, and a strong focus on cleanliness and food safety. Experience in a similar position is preferred, but not required. ServSafe certification is also highly valued. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed.
