Oncology ICU Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Oncology ICU Nurse. Our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act
- Utilize therapeutic communication in daily practice
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic Intensive Care environment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the nursing process
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Willingness to pursue a BSN if hired with an ADN
