We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Freestanding Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions while maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess the patient's condition.
- Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- Promote hospital customer service initiatives.
- Utilize the nursing process for individual care to meet the needs of patients.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
- Current RN licensure by TN Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment.
- CPI within 6 months of employment.
- At least 6 months experience in the emergency room.
