Clinical Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical nutrition services to patients in accordance with hospital and department policies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify nutrition-related needs and develop personalized plans to address them.
- Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote wellness and manage chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with food and nutrition department teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services.
- Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field.
- Completion of dietetic internship and successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification.
