Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with our behavioral team to provide support to students with behavioral challenges, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support students with behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with the behavioral team to provide training and support to staff and parents
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform program development and implementation
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality services are provided
  • Work closely with the behavioral team to develop and implement strategies to support students with behavioral challenges

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and experience with data collection, analysis, and program development
  • Experience with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience with providing training to staff and parents
