Service Advisor - Automotive

Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and transparent estimates to customers, outlining the necessary repairs and maintenance for their vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs, minimizing downtime for our customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout the service process.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an automotive service dealership, preferably in a Service Advisor role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise estimates and explanations to customers.
