Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a House Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are clean, safe, and healthy.

Responsibilities
  • Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
  • Perform interior cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
  • Scrub and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
  • Dust and clean all surfaces, including ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
  • Vacuum and mop all types of flooring.
  • Provide home organization, staging, and beautification services.
Requirements
  • No prior cleaning experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work independently.
  • Punctuality and reliability, with strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for making things look good and shine.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
