Madden Industrial is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to oversee the development and execution of maintenance plans for our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work orders and schedule technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prioritize work orders to ensure efficient maintenance operations
  • Develop and manage job plans, including scheduling technicians and overseeing parts purchasing and storage
  • Supervise the MRO Buyer, CMMS Coordinator, and Parts Clerk to ensure seamless inventory management
  • Coordinate parts/materials purchasing and inventory to minimize plant downtime
  • Generate and maintain a 14-day maintenance schedule to align with production schedules
  • Oversee planning and forecasting to minimize plant downtime and ensure accurate cycle counts
  • Maintain an organized parts room, adhering to 5S practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical education preferred
  • 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience with plant and facility equipment
  • Familiarity with JDE and CMMS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
