We are seeking a Certified Teacher to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Certified Teacher, you will work with students in grades K-12 who are living with emotional, mental, and behavioral health challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement therapeutic instructional programs for individuals served on campus.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to design individualized plans for each student.
- Provide academic support and instruction to students in various content areas.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- GAPSC Certification - Certified Teacher (Middle or High School various content: Math, Science, Social Studies or English/Language Arts); Grades 4-8 or 6-12.
- Special Education Certification preferred.
- Experience with Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support strategies preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and background checks required along with Drug Screen.
- Competitive salary: $58,050 annually.
