Position Summary
The Senior Residence Manager is accountable for overseeing the daily functions of designated facilities, ensuring that the services provided align with the unique needs and preferences of the residents. This role includes mentoring and guiding clinical personnel and residence managers as necessary. It is imperative to maintain compliance with agency standards and relevant State and Federal regulations regarding documentation and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of assigned residential sites.
- Ensure quality service delivery that meets individual resident needs.
- Supervise and train clinical staff and residence managers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure facilities adhere to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. Candidates with a permanent NYS license and three years of relevant experience, including two years in a supervisory role, will also be considered. Exceptional candidates lacking a Bachelor's degree may still be eligible, as years of experience can substitute for educational requirements. Compliance with vehicle operator standards set by LAI is mandatory.

Salary will be determined based on experience.
