Key Responsibilities- Pool Safety and Operations: Safeguard the health and safety of all swimmers during operating hours, enforcing guidelines and safety policies.
- Chemical Management: Monitor and adjust pool conditions according to bathing code, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
- Pool Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area, reporting any needed repairs or adjustments to the supervisor.
- Customer Service: Engage with participants, orient them to the pool area, and provide assistance as needed.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, communicating effectively with the supervisor and other team members.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring the safety and well-being of all swimmers.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with diverse populations.
