As a Data Analyst with Aditi Consulting, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive informed business decisions and support various departments across IT, Marketing, and Omnichannel teams. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive key business decisions.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.
Design and create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including reporting and dashboard user stories, process flows, mapping documents, and technical specifications, to ensure clear communication across teams.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable language.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges effectively.
Lead Reporting and Dashboard workstreams on the Agile team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar).
3-5 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role in the Pharma industry, preferably with experience in MarTech projects.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location, and end client requirements. Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits, and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
