Aerotek Aviation is seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join their team in Bloomfield, CT. As a Composite Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing composite components and assemblies using technical manuals and approved data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess maintenance/repair requirements for composite components and assemblies
  • Perform approved repair operations to composite structures
  • Document maintenance/repair actions per company and FAA requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with composite structures
  • Ability to read precision measuring tools and instruments
  • Intermediate level computer skills including basic use of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical subject matter both orally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
