About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible adult psychiatrist to join our outpatient team in Menasha, WI. As an outpatient psychiatrist, you will be responsible for evaluating new patients, providing medication management, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new patients and develop treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and monitoring
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including RNs, Medical Assistants, and Psychiatric Hospitalists
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our psychiatric program
